About Us

Our Vision: Sushi 21 Las Vegas was established in 2005 with the vision that a sushi restaurant can be a pleasant joint where people can mingle and genuinely have a good time.  It was born with the idea that people can enjoy a very well-designed meal without spending an arm and a leg for it.  It opened its doors with the notion that high quality service is your entitlement, not a privilege.  Sushi 21 is all about evolving to meet the needs of our patrons and is proudly embraced by the community it serves.  We welcome you with open arms to try a new flavor at Sushi 21!

Our Goal

What does it mean to "redefine well-being dining experience?" We care about what you put in your body. We provide you not only with healthy eating, but with the highest sushi grade ingredients available in the market- not the buffet or the all-you-can-eat grade. You will notice the difference.

What else makes Sushi 21 great?

Sushi 21 maintains the fundamental principles of this centuries-old art: a relationship between the artisan (sushi chef) and the commissioner (customer) based on respect and appreciation. It is our commitment to preserve the quality and the proper experience of enjoying the authentic pleasures of sushi.

Did You Know?

Did you know that in many homes in Japan, eating KFC became a Christmas tradition?

Did you know that our Ramen soup base is full of marrow and is cooked for 24 hours? It's not the instant powder, and we do not cut corners. Try our Ramen today!

Taste can be salty, sweet, bitter, and sour. But did you know that there is a fifth? It's called Umami. Identified by Kikunae Ikeda, it is a taste from the detection of carboxylate anion of glutamic acid. In other words, just as salt is salty, certain proteins will taste "proteiny," and that's Umami. See if you can taste it at Sushi 21 with our highest grade sushi ingredients.

Did you know that sushi in Japan started as street fast food during the Edo Period?

Did you know that the Asian radish noodle served with your sashimi is not only a garnish, but also a great complement for digestion?  Dip it into soy sauce for a refreshing taste!
